Pocketfood is not affiliated with listed restaurants. We facilitate meal orders and deliveries on your behalf, managing the Platform’s tools to ensure smooth operations. Pocketfood does not own or produce the food offered. We do not control or guarantee the existence, quality, or safety of meals as advertised by restaurants. We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant menus or their ability to deliver as described.
We disclaim any warranties regarding meal quality to the fullest extent permitted by law, and Users accept that meal satisfaction is not guaranteed.
Accessing the Platform and Services
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, fault-free access to the Platform or Services. Pocketfood is not liable if the Platform is unavailable for any reason. We do not guarantee that the Platform or its content is free from errors or omissions

Membership and Registration

To create an account, users must provide full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. Upon signup, a one-time password will be sent, and you must agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Keep your login details confidential. Registered businesses can select restaurants, set employee meal preferences, and schedule deliveries to the registered business address

Update information as needed;
Accept responsibility for consequences of inaccurate or outdated information.
We may verify account information and request additional documentation for identity verification.

Payment
Payments are processed via a third-party payment processor handling online transactions. Payment options for orders include:
A closed-loop electronic wallet topped up via available channels, usable only for Platform purchases:
Debit card;
Bank transfers;
QR codes;
Other methods provided by our payment partners.
The payment processor is solely responsible for transaction processing. Meal prices are displayed in Naira, inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
